Ron Hess, president of Motiv8 Communications, managed company-wide internal communication programs for GE, Watson Wyatt Worldwide, International Paper and Eaton Corporation during a corporate career that spanned more than two decades. During the Jack Welch era at GE, Ron managed employee communications at 4 of GE’s 12 largest businesses (1980-1992) and directed highly visible, company-wide employee communication programs for four-plus years as a member of the GE Corporate HQ staff.

Ron has worked very closely with senior HR teams over the years and has extensive experience in the development and execution of a wide range of HR and benefit communication programs.
